Before I came to Victory Celebration Church Corban Global, I used to attend an apostolic church. When I chose to join Victory Celebration Church, it caused a misunderstanding in my family. I was labeled as rebellious and was even close to being chased away from home.
I approached Pastor Suniel and told him that things had become difficult and I no longer had peace. Pastor Suniel continued praying for me. As time went on, my parents were told at their apostolic church that I would not be able to sit for my Advanced Level examinations because I would either fall sick or die.
But I told myself that the same God who carried me through my Ordinary Level journey would also carry me through this one. By faith, I sat for all my exams—contrary to those false prophecies.
Today, my family has followed me to serve the true God. Challenges may come, but our God will never leave us.
