I was invited for a job interview in Harare. During the interview, most of the questions were purely academic, and I felt completely unprepared. In fact, there were moments when I didn’t know the answers at all. For some questions, I was honest enough to admit that I didn’t know. After the interview, I met one of our churchmates who asked me how it went. I honestly told her that it was tough and that I had failed. She encouraged me not to worry, assuring me that God would guide me.
To my surprise, about a week later, I received a call informing me that I had been successful. I didn’t expect it at all!
I want to encourage fellow applicants not to lose hope, because with God, everything is possible. In all that you do, always put God first.
